Enter Geoff Burch, a charismatic retail guru renowned for his unique wit, straight talking and fanaticism for business. He’s worked with the world’s leading blue chip companies - now he’s helping the little guy.

Each week, he picks three struggling shops in one town or city and gets to grips with what they’re getting right, and what they’re getting wrong. We see him study the profile of each shop, their competitors, strengths and weaknesses.

In a series of inspirational visits, our budding entrepreneurs learn the dark arts of retail, from marketing and design, to enticing displays and simple selling techniques.
